Responsibilities
* Coordinate the smooth running of all gaming activities in the venue.
* Provide strong leadership to establish a fair, professional, and engaging environment for guests and customers.
* Understand the distinct gaming preferences and requirements of each visitor to ensure an incredible experience and exceptional service.
* Maintain a clean gaming floor and ensure guests have a positive, memorable experience.
Qualifications
* Casino Expertise: Solid UK casino management experience with understanding of all gaming activities (slots and tables) to optimise performance and profitability.
* Licensed Leader: Hold a valid Personal Management Licence (PML) and understand associated responsibilities.
* Customer-First Mindset: Ability to deliver a safe, exciting, and engaging environment that keeps guests returning.
* Operational Excellence: Focus on maximising performance across the gaming floor and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
* Strong Communicator: Effective at fostering open dialogue, encouraging feedback, and leading with clarity.
* Change Champion: Capable of embracing and driving change in a fast-evolving business landscape.
* Safer Gambling Advocate: Knowledge of safer gambling practices and responsible play.
