My client is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead to join their dynamic Marketing team. This key role focuses on improving website performance and digital journeys using data-driven insights, behavioural analysis, and UX best practices. Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead the website conversion strategy, setting optimisation priorities based on data insights and commercial goals.
* Define and manage the web content strategy, ensuring collaboration with internal stakeholders to prioritise and publish the right content.
* Partner with marketing and commercial leads to prioritise digital activities and campaigns, aligning them with business impacts and customer needs.
* Represent digital performance needs in cross-functional planning, influencing future site enhancements, integrations, and rollout plans with business systems and global teams.
* Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation experiments using tools like FullStory and Google Analytics.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance site elements such as landing pages, navigation, forms, and checkout flows.
* Work closely with content and creative teams to optimise headlines, CTAs, page layouts, and messaging.
* Maintain a continuous improvement roadmap, aligned with key digital performance indicators.
* Regularly report on test results and optimisation progress, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Stay updated on the latest CRO trends and tools to continuously bring innovative ideas to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Marketing degree and/or equivalent CIM level preferred.
* Digital marketing qualification is desirable, with a strong emphasis on practical digital skills.
* Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within capital goods or large value services, covering areas such as web, email, PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, and more.
* Proven experience managing significant budgets.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FullStory).
* Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate persuasively.
