Performance Objectives Training will be provided, with the opportunity to become a key member of a successful, collaborative team. Prepare, negotiate, and agree on final accounts. Procure sub-contract and material packages. Prepare cost budgets and prices for contract variations. Prepare monthly reports for management. Control and monitor expenditure against budget. Person Specification The successful candidate needs to be personable, dedicated, and ambitious, with a positive and can-do attitude. Full driving licence. Ability to form strong working relationships. Good IT and communication skills. Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
