About the Role:
As an Agency Chef, you'll be stepping into different kitchens-from pubs and restaurants to care homes and corporate venues-bringing your culinary skills and professionalism wherever you go. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and adapting quickly to new environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
* Work efficiently in fast-paced environments
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
* Adapt to different kitchen setups and team dynamics
* Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a chef (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Food Hygiene Level 2 (or higher)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and reliability
* Own transport is a bonus but not essential
