The Role:
* Oversee the hotel back-of-house operations as a Kitchen Porter
* Maintain all operating equipment and dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of food and storage areas
* Keep restaurant(s), kitchen(s), and food outlets tidy and hygienic
* Maintain storerooms in a clean and organized manner
* Ensure hygiene and health & safety standards are consistently met
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service to guests
