As a Care Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. Working closely with the care team to coordinate and manage care for residents, considering their individual needs, preferences, and goals.
You will be responsible for:
* Organising your shifts
* Administering and recording medication
* Liaising with health professionals
* Recording to the residents' computerised care plans
* Assisting with the induction, training, and supervision of support staff
Requirements:
* Experience supervising a care team
* An ability to show empathy and understanding of the needs of residents
* Good leadership skills with effective communication and teamwork abilities
* Attention to detail, organized and methodical approach
* Flexibility around working schedules, roles, and responsibilities
Qualifications:
* NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it
