As Sous Chef, you will help to deliver consistently high standards, the nature of the business means that most of the work is production focused. However, you will still be working with the finest ingredients to create modern dishes, taking inspiration from different cuisines, for UHNW clientele.

Play a vital role in crafting innovative dishes for of high-profile clients.
Work with the Head Chef and Founder to develop and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Lead a small team of Chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who:
Has Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef experience in Michelin standard restaurants and quality catering environments, ideally with a mixture of cuisines.
Experience with production would be beneficial, yet not essential.
Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills.
Has availability to work 5 days out of 7 days (straight shifts).
Is flexible to meet the needs of changeable requirements.
A strong eye for detail and a commitment to food safety, hygiene and dietary requirements.
