What does it entail? We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Service Delivery Team based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role is central to coordinating field operations, managing technician schedules, and maintaining service excellence and SLA compliance. You'll be the vital link between customers and field technicians, ensuring work is booked in advance and carried out efficiently—whether it's planned maintenance, emergency response, or installations. Job scheduling and coordination of service delivery across multiple regions Liaising with customers and technicians to arrange pre-planned and reactive maintenance Ensuring follow-up work is actioned (e.g. booking permits, updating schedules) Managing incoming calls and customer queries in a small but busy contact centre environment Optimising technician schedules based on geography, travel time, and job type Supporting the service delivery, billing, and finance teams with reports and management information (MI) What do we look for?
