The Role:

2. You will manage the recruitment process, leading the complete hiring cycle, from vacancy creation to candidate on boarding.
3. COLLEAGUE ON-BOARDING AND OFF-BOARDING
4. Ensure that all recruitment processes are followed and that ‘new starters’ paperwork is complete and accurate.
5. Creating New Employee records on the HR Portal.
6. Ensuring employment contracts are signed and returned for our records.
7. Ensure that the leavers’ processes are followed and ‘Leavers’ paperwork is complete and accurate.
8. Update all systems and providers with leaver’s notifications.
9. Setting up E-Learning tasks for new employees.
10. To support with Inductions for new starters.
Must Have skills / experience
11. Strong and methodical organisation skills with good attention to detail in maintaining accurate and detailed records with coherent audit trails
12. Strong communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels
13. Tactful and approachable
14. Confident working on their own and as part of a team
15. Lead by example to motivate, inspire and encourage teamwork within the workplace by displaying the correct behaviours towards all members of the Knowles Logistics teams.
16. A Keen interest in recruitment and a clear understanding of Recruitment Processes
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn and adapt to new software.
18. A good knowledge of eligibility right to work legislation
19. Proven experience in any industry
Key Accountabilities
20. Flexible working style with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
21. Maintain accurate and complete colleague records within the HR systems; to enter data records, which are consistently and accurately maintained
22. Provide general administration support to the HR Department as required including filing, scanning, photocopying, emails and minute taking for meetings.
23. Prepare Contracts and Offer letters/changes in T&C’s Letters.
24. Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive HR information and recruitment-related information and a clear understanding of GDPR
25. Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions
26. Working with recruitment agencies when required
27. Prepare monthly KPI’s
