About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Robot Welder/Programmer to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, youll play a key part in our manufacturing operations by programming, setting up, and maintaining robotic welding systems, as well as performing manual welding when needed. Key Responsibilities: Design and program welding robots for efficient production operations Set up robotic systems for specific welding jobs Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic welding equipment Implement robotic welding solutions for new and existing production lines Perform MIG and TIG hand welding as required Fabricate metal products from steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and brass Follow engineering drawings and specification documents to ensure welding accuracy Operate robotic welder machines safely and effectively Assist in plant floor integration, start-up, and debugging of welding equipment Set up fixtures and position components using clamps, bolts, and tack welds for precise welding Weld aluminium concrete forms accurately to print What Were Looking For: Proven experience programming and operating robotic welding systems Strong manual welding skills, particularly in MIG and TIG Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols Experience with aluminium, stainless steel, and standard steel welding Practical knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Experience with Olympus Cobots is not requiredtraining will be provided What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Full training on Olympus Cobot systems Opportunity to work on innovative projects in a dynamic production environment Career development and progression opportunities Supportive and inclusive team culture If you're a proactive and skilled welding professional looking to join a forward-thinking company, we'd love to hear from you.
