We have an exciting opportunity at our prestigious independent Boarding School site near Godalming for a Front of House Supervisor to join the team at Accent Catering
The school is a thriving co-educational day and boarding preparatory school in the beautiful village of Shackleford, catering to approximately 220 pupils aged 7 to 13, along with teaching and support staff. The catering provision is extensive and varied, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, plus match teas, and a wide range of hospitality and school events throughout the academic year.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Preferably have experience of working in independent schools
* Have an understanding of managing allergens
* Have the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Have previous experience of overseeing a catering service to ensure smooth daily operations
* Have the ability to supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service
* Have the ability to control and manage stock levels
* Be accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
* Be accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
This is a customer facing position so in addition to the above you will also need good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language.
The ideal candidate will be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
