Service Administrator Gravesend, Kent | £28,000 - £32,000 DOE | Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:30pm We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our client’s busy service department in Gravesend. This is a key role responsible for coordinating service operations, managing invoicing and documentation, and supporting the day-to-day running. To be considered, you must have previous experience in a Service Administration role – this is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and process purchase orders and invoices for equipment, parts, and services. * Ensure accuracy of invoices, particularly in relation to warranty terms and service agreements. * Keep Health and Safety compliance documentation up to date. * Maintain comprehensive machinery records, including service histories, specifications, maintenance logs, and inspection reports. * Schedule contract servicing and repairs, and coordinate parts ordering. * Support the repair workshop and liaise with hire desk staff and engineers to ensure efficient operations. Requirements: * Previous experience in a Service Administrator position – essential. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Confident communicator, both written and verbal. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. * Full, valid UK driving licence.
