Azure 3rd Line Support Engineer: Our client is a market leading SaaS provider who due to sustained growth are seeking an Azure 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team of technical specialists.
Your main duties include:
* 3rd line Support Engineer acts as the escalation for the Helpdesk team, providing customer software support for software related issues, undertaking analysis and diagnosis, and implementing solutions within agreed timeframes.
* excellent customer service skills and advanced technical knowledge and experience, as well as a passion for emerging technologies and the drive to ensure the Helpdesk achieves its primary objective meeting it's SLAs.
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex Azure SaaS related issues.
* Maintaining a high degree of customer service.
* Act as an escalation point of contact for third party suppliers
* Providing out of hours support on a rota basis.
