Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
* Participate in our ongoing implementation project to roll out our existing template to new countries.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially financial performance management, accounting) to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
* Provide expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) to external and internal consultants and business counterparts at the global headquarters and in various countries.
* Configure and customize SAP Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS) modules to meet specified requirements.
* Work closely with stakeholders (global and regional process owners) to ensure smooth implementation and operation, harmonize finance and reporting processes, and ensure user satisfaction.
* Align future reporting architectures with our Landscape Architect and BI Consultant.
* Provide ongoing support to the key user community.
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
* Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business engineering, business administration, engineering sciences, or a comparable qualification.
* Substantial professional experience as an SAP ERP consultant in the CO and PS modules.
* Experience during an S/4HANA transformation project is a plus.
* Experience working directly with business counterparts in controlling departments.
* Proven experience in implementing IT projects and managing change requests.
* Hands-on mentality with the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, analyze complex issues, and present solutions clearly and comprehensively.
* Enjoy shaping and implementing change, characterized by personal responsibility, goal orientation, conflict management skills, and a willingness to take responsibility.
* Active communication in an international environment and cross-divisional thinking in value streams.
