Aftersales Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6:00pm
Salary: £28,000
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s successful team.
Responsibilities:
* Managing customer interactions and services
* Responsibility for communication between the customer and the workshop
* Responsible for scheduling appointments
* Coordinating with mechanics and technicians and managing service workflows
* Addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
* Accurately documenting and updating customer records
What we would like from you:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
* A positive and proactive attitude towards work and customer service
Advantageous:
* Previous experience in aftersales
