The Opportunity:
Step into a hands-on, high-impact role as Customer Success Manager, owning a strategic client portfolio and driving commercial results.
You’ll be at the forefront of client relationships, managing renewals and driving expansion with a multi-product solution, across a portfolio valued at €1.5m.
Work with new and legacy client accounts, working with the onboarding and enablement teams, before owning the total customer lifecycle. Here, the Customer Success team own the number, so account development is your responsibility – but you will be rewarded for that growth!
The Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years’ experience in Customer Success within a fast-paced start/scale-up environment. Ideally a business growing from £1mil - £10mil ARR.
* Proven track record managing large/enterprise accounts with ARR upward of £50k.
* A proven track record of owning and delivering against renewal targets, as well as upsell and cross-sell of existing accounts.
* High-energy, resilient, and energetic thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
* Commercially savvy and proactive with a background in sales or account management with owned revenue targets.
* Experience within procurement or working with procurement teams/departments.
The Package:
* Base salary up to £55k plus bonus (£15k)
