To manage a caseload of assigned partner agents, delivering growth in auction revenue through contact at all levels of the partner agents’ business. Demonstrate the value of iamproperty products to assigned partners to create opportunities for the additional product teams. To ensure that all agents have access to the suite of marketing material in place and that they buy in to creating a strategy around its use. Maintain regular contact with partner agents, to overcome objections, and provide plans and support to deliver on these opportunities. Deliver online and face to face training and coaching sessions with branch managers and staff to maximise the level of auction activity. Deliver key insight to assigned network focusing on their challenges and how Iamproperty products can support overcoming these. What are we looking for? 3 years’ experience within the property industry. Experience within estate agency and face-to-face B2B experience is desirable. Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to develop trust and product confidence. Excellent and engaging presentation skills, showing the ability to be persuasive and inspiring to a range of audiences. A proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results. Individually very disciplined and self-driven, showing the ability to remain motivated and to always motivate others in the pursuit of excellence. Organisational skills and strong time management. Please note - this is a field-based role that requires extensive travel across the UK with ocassional overnight stays.
