Base Pay & Benefits
Pay £13.40 to £15.75 per hour (equivalent to rolled‑up pay £15.47 to £17.89) plus pension, holiday pay and a £500 referral bonus (subject to T&Cs). We offer a 2‑day paid training programme, company‑paid DBS until 31 December 2025, enhanced bank holiday rates, mileage contribution for drivers, flexible working hours (full‑time, part‑time and casual) and 24/7 employee well‑being support.
Responsibilities
* Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
* Medication and meal preparation
* Household tasks and daily routines
* Encourage independence and provide companionship
* Support complex care (tracheostomy, PEG feeding, postural support), children’s support and mental health support when trained.
Qualifications
* At least 18 years old
* Flexible hours, including alternate weekends
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
* 6 months hands‑on UK care experience required for Complex Care, Children’s or Mental Health duties.
