We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.12.
Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Who will you be supporting? We support 1 female who has a mental health diagnosis. She requires 24/7 support, although she is very independent she does require full support with her daily living. She responds well to encouragement and prompts to be as independent as possible. She enjoys a close loving relationship with her sister who she has regular contact by both phone calls and visits. You will need to have a full UK Driving Licence as she has her own car and like to visit cafes, shops and loves to travel. Other important information? The shifts are Day 1x08/20 with a Flexi 10.30/16.30 and a waking Night 20.00/08.00.
