Location: Mobile Yorkshire - Yorkshire Water Contract Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours Job Type: Permanent /Full Time The Reactive Works Supervisor will be responsible for: Ensuring working practices and behaviours align with team and personal objectives Managing the Reactive Maintenance works, scoping, making necessary preparations and orders for, and allocating jobs out to the Multi-Skilled Operatives, preparing RAMS and WAFs, as required Working closing with the client Facilities Team to manage work requirements and ensuring wor ks are carried out within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and client specifications Supervising works and ensuring quality checks are undertaken prior to handover to client, being responsible for achieving high standards of quality and workmanship on site Establish and maintain positive relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, being a key point of contact between the client, stakeholders, and the GRAHAM team Management of sub-contractors, including inductions, site visits and coordination of RAMS Ensure all work are carried out as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled Ensuring effective and supportive team management Work collaboratively with the project management team, supporting on site to help coordinate site set-ups and to conduct checks on the standard of site management by GRAHAMs sub-contractors Manage GRAHAM staffs PPE, doing spot checks to ensure PPE is being worn. Ensuring a stock of appropriate PPE is available Doing spot checks to ensure sub-contractors are wearing appropriate PPE. Ensuring a stock of appropriate PPE is available Ensuring all equipment, working areas and vehicles have weekly checks, ensuring results are captured accurately Actively observe the client site, identifying any potential additional works required and notifying the client Facilities Team Management and replenishment of local site stock Arranging deliveries of material between site and local suppliers Ensure waste management is handled in the appropriate manner and following client site practices Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to, adding any observations or incidents onto CORA Ensure all Company Procedures are being complied with Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are followed Ensure adherence to site specific protocol and procedures Positively promote the company wherever and whenever possible About You Essential Criteria SSSTS Asbestos Awareness Demonstrate effective communication and management skills Desirable Criteria COSHH Awareness ISOH Managing Safely Demonstrate effective communication and management skills Excellent presentation skills Excellent IT skills
