About the Role
As a Supervisor, you play a key role in the smooth and successful operation of our business. You will lead by example, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a positive and safe environment for both staff and guests. This position requires a hands‑on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and support team members during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
* Support and guide team members during shifts, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
* Take charge of running individual shifts, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
* Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests.
* Uphold company standards and policies while contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.

* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in hospitality or retail.
