Purpose of the Role:
You will be a true Brand Ambassador who interacts easily with a broad range of customers. You will promote customer service excellence, manage the customer’s journey and experience in-store, and identify bespoke styling options to exceed expectations and contribute to store KPIs through personal productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by following Moss Essential Steps of Service, greeting and listening to customers, and offering individual bespoke advice with professional, passionate selling.
* Maintain high productivity by maximizing sales and service goals, elevating every interaction, and contributing to business KPIs.
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge for all services (Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store) and proactively apply this to tailor the customer experience.
* Be aware of external opportunities to improve store performance and enhance service based on feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
* Assist store management with stockroom and back-office duties, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and adhering to stock and cash control procedures to minimise losses.
* Follow the Appointment process using the appointed platform, contact customers prior to visits, and record status information accurately.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Technical:
* Basic product knowledge: understanding features, benefits, and products available in the store.
* POS systems: familiarity with cash tills, card processing, and inventory management.
