It is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitorwith 5 years PQE to join a dynamic team handling a broad range of property matters. Key Responsibilities Advise on commercial leases, including grant, renewal, assignment, underletting and alterations Lead acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property Manage property portfolio matters and oversee options, conditional contracts, pre-emption and promotion agreements Support corporate transactions involving property, including share and asset sales Advise on secured lending, site development and disposal of completed units Build and manage your own caseload while providing guidance and support to junior colleagues Skills & Experience 5 years PQE in commercial real estate law Strong experience in advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial problem-solving skills Proactive, commercially minded, with the ability to maintain and develop client relationships Why Join?
