About the Role
As Events Coordinator you will be primarily, located at Bradfield with occasional work from Penrith. You'll be at the heart of making Bradfield City come alive - organising events and visitor experiences that connect people with the city's vision. You'll handle everything from logistics and venue bookings to running tours and responding to enquiries, making sure every event is smooth, professional, and memorable. You will also provide back up support for the Concierge. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines while keeping service standards high. Whether it's coordinating with teams, managing back-to-back projects, or supporting daily operations, your knack for problem-solving and attention to detail will help deliver standout experiences for everyone involved!
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
* Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.
* High‑level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands.
* Flourishes in dynamic environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to effectively navigate change.
* Relevant training or experience in technology, events, venue hire, project coordination, or administrative support.
* Physically able to lift weight of up 16 kilograms.
* Current Class C driver licence.
