They take product from seed to supermarket shelf and due to consistent and sustained success, interested in recruiting a Farm Manager. Graduate Manager (Agri-Food). The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and will have responsibility for significant growing and processing facilities. You will control day to day operations and site profitability, management of employees, continuous improvement activity and adherence to the highest standards demanded by retailers. The candidate: We are ideally seeking an experienced manager; however, consideration will be given to candidates with a relevant academic background and some related, non-protein agri-food production experience.
