About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House/Office assistant to work along side our prestigious client in the Putney area of London. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk/office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in various office software.
This role is to cover various shifts over a 6 week period starting mid May. Shifts will vary between 6am and 7.30pm, and will be for approximately 5 hours per shift.
Hours vary from 10 hours to 20 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £13.85 per hour.
More shifts will be available as and when required
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and clarity, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
* Maintain an organised working area
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and operations within the establishment.
* Setting up meeting rooms
* Daily building inspections
* Liaising with cleaning, and security teams.
Qualifications
* IT literate
* Extensive corporate front of house/reception work is essential for this role.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
