UX / UI Designer - Consumer facing Hospitality site redesigns and updates

We’re looking for a talented UX / UI Designer to join a leading agency and work on an established, consumer facing website for a well known hospitality brand.
This role will be dedicated to the ongoing design and evolution of the brand’s website. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and a collaborative team based in the US, delivering thoughtful UX and polished UI solutions that enhance the customer journey.
The Role
* Designing and redesigning website pages based on clear briefs and business goals
* Creating UX/UI designs in Figma for an existing WordPress site
* Improving user journeys, page layouts, and on-site experiences
* Supporting design updates, iterations, and potential new functionality
* Collaborating with developers, product, and stakeholders to bring designs to life
* Balancing collaborative working with the ability to manage tasks autonomously
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer on consumer facing websites
* Strong proficiency in Figma
* Experience designing for WordPress or CMS driven websites
* Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and usability best practices
* Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective design solutions
* Comfortable working with distributed teams, including US-based colleagues
* Organised, proactive, and confident working independently when needed
