Your new role
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, providing accurate financial information and insightful analysis to assist in strategic decision-making. You will work closely with key stakeholders and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts
2. Variance analysis andmentary on financial performance
3. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Business partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight
5. Supporting year-end processes and audit requirements
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies
What you'll need to succeed
7. Part-qualified and actively studying CIMA or ACCA, or looking to start studies
8. Proven experience in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role
9. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and driven attitude
11. Confidentmunicator with the ability to work collaboratively across the business
12. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
