Job Title: Strong Chef De Partie
Hourly Rate: From £16 per hour

We are looking for a strong Chef De Partie to help fill a gap in the kitchen of a restaurant surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Ribble Valley. The restaurant offers a view into the kitchen for it's guests with it's open kitchen. As a Chef De Partie you will responsible for working a section to help create classic rustic dishes alongside chef specials using locally sourced produce.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. Accommodation is available and you will also be paid directly by site.
