Salary: up to £42,000 Per Annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients
* Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
* Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Prepare reports on account performance and client feedback
Requirements
* Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
* Commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
