We’re working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm to recruit an experienced Fee Earner into their busy Conveyancing Department, based in Kingswinford.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys running their own residential caseload and wants to join a supportive, forward-thinking firm with strong roots and a clear vision for the future .
🔹 The role
You’ll manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* 🏠 Freehold & Leasehold sales and purchases
* 📂 Running files from instruction through to completion
* 🤝 Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
🔹 About you
* ⚖️ Qualified Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Solicitor
* 📆 Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fee-earning conveyancing role
* 📂 Confident managing your own caseload
* 💬 Strong client-care and interpersonal skills
* 💻 Experience using a case management system is advantageous
