We are looking for a Permanent Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities through a person-centred approach, focusing on outcomes for the individual, promoting social inclusion, rights, and choices, leading to increased independence and fulfilling lives.
You will have a flexible approach to supporting people to access activities and participate fully in their local community. We also support individuals with more complex needs, including communication challenges, and you may be required to provide support with personal care tasks such as continence and nutrition. This role offers access to a wide range of training, supporting your learning, development, and skill acquisition, enabling you to become part of a professional, creative, and motivated team.
