Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Supervisor at BGS Business Solutions Limited. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks, managing a team of change professionals, and ensuring successful strategy execution and change management. This role is located in Dundee, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
* Experience in change management and strategy execution
* Knowledge of agile and hybrid delivery approaches and methodologies
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience within the UK Financial Services and Retail sectors is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
