We’re working with a well-respected construction company based in Berkshire that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their growing team.This is a varied role combining general project support with some PA responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and site teamsCoordinating project documentation, updating trackers, and maintaining project filesPreparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and schedulesLiaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsBooking meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel for senior managementSupporting with ad hoc office administration to keep everything running smoothlyWhat we’re looking for:Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry is essentialStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office and document control systemsA team player with a proactive, can-do attitudeSalary - £30,00 - £35,000 + Benefits If interested please apply with your CV or reach out via email - georgia@bigblue.uk.com
