I'm recruiting for an established, successful and growing engineering business in Staverton who are looking to add a Senior Electronics Engineer to their team.
The company manufacture safety-critical and ruggedized equipment for use in aerospace, defence, industrial and some commercial use. They need someone who has experience designing electronic circuits (mix of analogue and digital), schematics and PCB designing and ideally some firmware programming in C.
ROLE: Senior Electronics Engineer
LOCATION: Staverton, Gloucestershire
SALARY: £50-70k
Skills required for the Senior Electronics Engineer are:
* PCB design / schematics (any package)
* Analogue understanding (SMPS, BLDC, inverters)
* Digital electronics understanding (PIC/STM micros)
* Hands-on testing and debugging using lab equipment
* Ability to work with little supervision
Beneficial skills:
* Design for ruggedized or safety critical environments
* Altium
* Firmware development in C
* Project or team management
The company can offer flexibility with remote working and hours, but most of the work will be done on-site in Staverton.
