Job Title: Front Office Manager : Boutique Hotel
Location: London
Salary: Up to GBP 37,000 + Commission
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead reception and front of house operations within a boutique hotel in London. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experience, driving upsells, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service
* Oversee daily reception, duty management, and front desk operations
* Drive up selling opportunities and maximise incentive performance
* Ensure smooth check-in/out processes and guest journey experience
* Manage rota planning, team performance, and training
* Work closely with senior management on service standards and improvements
* Ensure accurate system use and reporting via Opera Cloud
About You
* 5+ years experience in Front Office roles within hotels
* Experience as Assistant Reception Manager or senior supervisor
* Duty Manager experience
* Proven experience managing teams
* Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud
* Excellent communication and written English skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office
