Role: Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Studio Administrator for a 6 Month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: Assisting the Finance Manager in maintaining the sales and purchase ledger functions Assisting the Finance Manager in overseeing the timely collection of debts Assisting the Studio Manager with management systems for the operations of the studio Assisting with the organisation and coordination of outreach activities Assisting with the organisation and coordination of CPDs and training Profile: The successful temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk will have at least 6 months experience working within a similar role and will have a creative background. You must be either immediate to be considered for this role. Client: Our client are an architecture studio in East London. You will work on a part time basis, with some office time required. Salary & Benefits: This immediate, temporary Studio Administrator role will be paying circa £15-18 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
