We are supporting a client in seeking an Immediately available, hands-on Management Accountant to join their finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional looking to add value in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and post journals to the ledger and perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations
2. Produce weekly sales reports and assist with forecasting activities
3. Support the month-end close process, including actuals reporting and preparation of management reports
4. Assist the Finance Manager and Finance Director in preparing accurate financial information to tight deadlines
5. Raise sales invoices, oversee cash collection, and maintain the Sales Ledger
Skills & Experience:
6. Proven experience in a similar accounting role
7. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
8. Highly organised, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
9. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
