What You'll Be Doing: * Diagnosing and repairing faults on boilers and heating systems * Carrying out boiler services and gas safety inspections * Undertaking reactive and remedial works after service visits * Using our job management system to streamline communication and customer updates * Working safely and respectfully in customers' homes, always protecting their property and wellbeing What We're Looking For: * Qualified in Plumbing and Gas * Experience with cookers, gas fires, and unvented cylinders (G3) is ideal — but we'll support training if needed * Bonus if you've worked in commercial environments or held team leadership roles * Someone who's passionate about high-quality workmanship and working to regulation standards * A customer-focused, friendly professional who takes pride in doing things right * A reliable team player with a full UK driving licence What You'll Get: * Competitive salary - £35,000 - £50,000 depending on qualifications and experience * Fully employed PAYE role (not subcontractor) * Monday-Friday hours (8am-5pm) with optional overtime * 28 days annual leave * Fully stocked company vehicle, iPhone, and fuel card * Company bonus scheme * Company pension scheme * Ongoing training opportunities (including Oil, LPG, Boats, Caravans, Commercial Gas) * Access to Employee Assistance Program * A genuinely great team culture with regular team-building events * Career development opportunities in a growing, supportive business Let's Have a Chat If you think this could be the right fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
