The Role
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs
* Implement behaviour support strategies in line with Team Teach principles
* Support pupils emotional regulation, engagement, and learning
* Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider pastoral team
* Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
* Assist with personal care where required (depending on pupil needs)
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* A valid Team Teach qualification (essential)
* Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
