Purpose of the role
To supervise all operations within a busy production site safely, ethically, and efficiently. The role requires enthusiasm, self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance. The successful candidate will motivate plant staff and adapt to a changing environment to meet customer requirements.
* Comply with all aspects of Heidelberg Materials UK Compliance Policy.
* Ensure operations follow instructions and procedures as per Project Management guidelines.
* Adhere to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and company safety policies.
* Update knowledge regularly and attend training as required.
* Follow all HR policies and procedures.
