Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics)
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, lab activities, and classroom management
* Provide 1:1 and small group academic support to pupils who need additional help
* Help students prepare for GCSEs through targeted intervention and revision
* Promote enthusiasm for science and inspire students to achieve their potential
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A degree in a Science-related subject (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biomedical Science)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, proactive and supportive attitude
* A passion for education and working with young people
* Experience working with students (in tutoring, mentoring, coaching or volunteering) is desirable
