At Washington Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of your department ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved
* Effectively plan and execute the business strategy
* Be both a role model for the centre’s team and make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike. Motivate and inspire others to ‘raise the bar’
* Be results driven with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets
* Have a proactive approach to growing the Everyone Active membership base
This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
