Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday (no weekends). You’ll earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as a generous bonus structure, and you’ll be rewarded with all the benefits of working with UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers. We are open to hearing from people from all backgrounds, and we offer hybrid and flexible ways of working for our Account Handlers if the 9‑5 life isn’t for you.
Responsibilities
Every day you will support a designated client portfolio, act as their first point of contact, build strong relationships, and support them with queries as they arise. This role is ideal for those who love customer service or sales where relationship building with clients is key to success.

* Extensive experience in the insurance industry is essential.
