About you:
You are a passionate learning producer who cares about designing and developing engaging and impactful learning experiences. You are not scared to take technically detailed content and transform it into easy-to-understand concepts. You are a team player, who enjoys both working collaboratively and owning your piece of the puzzle. You are curious about the digital learning landscape and are constantly thinking about how you can innovate our products. You have strong attention to detail and always strive to deliver high quality and engaging content.
Responsibilities
* Work with your team to design clear and engaging learning materials, such as videos, podcasts, and animations
* Plan, script, and produce multimedia content that meets the project goals and audience needs
* Collaborate with subject experts, contributors, and other creatives to develop accurate and engaging content
* Manage the content creation process from start to finish, making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience creating digital learning in different formats (e.g., online courses, videos, infographics)
* An understanding of learning design principles and an interest in new tools and trends
* Strong attention to detail and ability to review work for quality and accuracy
* Creativity and willingness to try new ideas to make learning more engaging
