What you will do: Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top-notch service for members and military personnel. Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners. Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork. Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively. What we are looking for: UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required). NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a related area. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets. Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
