Are you a Senior Design Engineer who thrives in a fast–paced engineering environment where precision, autonomy and technical leadership are front and centre? As a Senior Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative mechanical solutions, improving processes, and ensuring complex products meet strict cost, quality and regulatory expectations.

As a Senior Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading design activities to meet programme budgets, milestones and engineering gates
* Ensuring all engineering outputs align with internal processes, quality standards and regulatory requirements
* Coordinating daily reviews with engineering teams, providing guidance and technical direction
* Leading troubleshooting and failure investigations when required
* Producing qualification documents and supporting engineering change management
* Driving improvements through lessons learned and operational excellence initiatives
As a Senior Design Engineer, your experience will include:
* Experience across manufacturing and design processes
* Strong development, problem-solving and technical leadership skills
* Proven ability to deliver and report against KPIs
* Excellent communication skills across multi-disciplinary engineering teams
* Strong attention to detail with process-driven working
* A degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering apprenticeship (desirable)
