Were recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a leading bitumen manufacturing business in Warrington. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the maintenance and repair of Electrical, Control, Instrumentation (EC&I), and Mechanical equipment. Support inspections, diagnostics, and fault finding on plant equipment. Maintain and assemble electrical components and systems. Respond to breakdowns and assist with plant modifications and upgrades. Perform instrumentation calibrations and assist with preventative maintenance routines. Record compliance checks and report defects. Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams. What Were Looking For: Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. 13 years' experience in a manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting (placements considered). Understanding or interest in PLCs, pumps, flow meters, and mixers. Strong team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Good communication and willingness to learn.
