We are actively recruiting for compassionate Male and Female Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams supporting service users across the heart of East London.
📍 Work Locations Available:
1. Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, Stepney, Mile End, Spitalfields, Cambridge Heath, Haggerston, Shoreditch, and the surrounding areas.
💷 Pay Rates
2. Monday–Friday: £13.85 per hour
3. Saturday: £14.00 per hour
4. Sunday: £14.20 per hour
⏰ Highly Flexible Shift Patterns
Our services operate 7 days a week. We are currently looking for staff to cover a variety of shift patterns, including:
5. Early & Day Shifts: 07:00 – 18:00 | 07:30 – 16:00 | 08:00 – 14:00
6. Evening Shifts: 16:00 – 21:00 | 16:00 – 22:00 | 18:00 – 21:00
7. Split Shifts: e.g., 08:00 – 14:00 AND 18:00 – 21:00
🌟 About the Roles
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently, with dignity and confidence. Because we provide highly tailored, person-centred care, we are currently looking to fill specific packages that require:
8. Female Care Assistants for morning, day, and evening blocks.
9. Male Care Assistants for day and evening blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
10. Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care with the utmost dignity.
11. Promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
12. Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests, and community activities.
13. Providing companionship and emotional support.
14. Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication.
15. Supporting mobility and rehabilitation after hospital stays.
