As a Senior Office Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across the practice, helping to manage communications, oversee office systems, coordinate diaries and documentation, and maintain effective processes. Candidates with experience in roles such as Office Manager, Legal Administrator, Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant, or Practice Administrator may find this position particularly appealing. Key Responsibilities Act as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently Provide senior-level administrative support to solicitors and the wider team across a range of daily office activities Draft, format, and manage correspondence including letters, emails, reports, legal documents, and internal communications Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and diary schedules, helping to ensure priorities are managed effectively Prepare meeting documentation, take accurate minutes where required, and follow up on actions to support workflow and organisation Maintain and oversee both digital and paper filing systems, ensuring records are accurate, organised, and easily accessible Support document management processes, including scanning, copying, file preparation, and general case or office administration Help monitor office procedures and administrative systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and support best practice Order and manage office supplies, liaise with external suppliers where needed, and help maintain a well-organised office environment Provide day-to-day guidance and support on administrative tasks, acting as a reliable senior presence within the office team Assist with confidential information and sensitive documentation with discretion, professionalism, and a high level of accuracy Support management with ad hoc administrative duties and operational tasks to help ensure the office runs smoothly at all times Person Specification / About You We're looking for a professional, capable, and proactive individual who is comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities and working effectively in a busy office setting. You will be highly organised, confident in managing multiple tasks, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
